Hello everyone!
We have already stepped in the year 2025 and 13 days have already passed by since then.
Last year ended on a melancholic note since the Jeju airline crash and this year Los Angeles got burned down with the wildfires.
My deep condolences and prayers to everyone who lost their loved ones and home in the process.
I hope the rest of 2025 would be a good one.I really pray that each and everyone of us would be able to enjoy the coming days with peace and love and lots of gratitude.
Also, there are a handful of things that I’m intending to do on the rest of January.
1.Being Grateful: I always emphasise on the fact that a grateful heart is a source for endless miracle. Be grateful for what you have and look forward to beautiful things coming your way.Be grateful for the small things in your life.We are fortunate enough to experience all these basic things which lots of people don’t have access to.
2.Clean your spaces: keep your spaces clean.Donate clothes which you no longer feel like wearing. Throw away things that you no longer use.Keeping your spaces clean and tidy sets the mood for the day and regulates positivity in you.
3.Practice mindfulness: A healthy mind is the key to achieving and manifesting all that you desire. Reflect on the day and restart each day on a positive tone. Read books, take a walk, spend time with nature, water your plants and flowers, grow new crops, write on your journals, listen to spiritual chants.Don’t let intrusive thoughts discourage you for what you’re already capable of doing.
4. Detox from endless scrolling: Yes, we have posted and scrolled throughout this week, keeping updated with somebody’s Christmas and New Year celebrations and another’s Bride to be and Baby showers. Not to forget all those trends on reels and somebody promoting and criticising the other.I think I personally enjoy my alone time when I can dedicate some time to myself other than endless scrolling.I think taking some time away from social media promotes positivity in your life.
5. Going out less: when it comes to going out and having fun, I’m no less that anyone.I have now understood the value of being exclusive and not being too available and ready for anyone. The less you show up in crowds the more you feel respected.let people value and look forward to your presence rather than criticising you in your absence.

Also I’m trying to really follow and practice what I preach. I’m looking forward to having betters days ahead.
“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
