Propaganda I’m not falling for this July!!

Hey everyone! It’s July here! We’re now on the other half of the year 2025!

These past six months have been quite tumultuous for me! With my emotions all over the place and my money draining out like water.

I’ve always tried to be a positive person in every situation and like to look at the brighter side of life but you know not everyday you have the energy or the mood to be happy and full of life.

Sometimes I like to visit my past and question about certain choices I made in life back when I was young and naive and like to think how things would unfold for me had I not made the choice to do so but you know that every choice and mistake you made on the past was exactly what you wanted at that time and crying over spilled milk is not gonna help me or take anywhere.

So, since life is so unpredictable and you never know what is gonna happen next, why fret about things that you don’t know now!

Anyways, I’ve made a list of propaganda that social media and other platforms tell you is the best for you yet you know that we’re not the same, and those things might not work you.

1.Being happy all the time: As I’ve already mentioned that we are human beings and it’s not possible for us to remain happy and positive all the time. Sometimes, we feel overwhelmed by certain things that we don’t know what step we should take next. We find ourselves locked in with thoughts and emotions and sometimes with guilt and sadness and fear and what not. Feeling sad is absolutely fine, it makes you go deeper within you and embracing your emotions and acting crazy or crying your eyes out sometimes make you feel better. We’re all humans with diverse range of emotions with in. So, sadness and loneliness make you want to be happy again and you find yourself looking for things to make you feel alive again like scrolling through funny videos, recalling those good memories when you laughed until you cried, that warm cup of tea after a very exhausting day, talking to your friends about the things that bother you will make you feel better.

2. Following every trend: You know when you walk down the street and everyone is wearing the same clothes, doing the same hairstyle, hopping on to buy the same thing just because it’s trending, visiting the same place because it’s hot now and may be you think it’s cool and will make you a part of the ‘it’ community, is just sad.By doing this you’re killing the original you and your uniqueness. Remember, how different and cool and unique you are. Embrace your originality, find your unique style and stick to that. Trends come and go, but style never fades.

3.Idolising someone too much: I can’t understand the concept behind idolising people to the extent that you walk and talk like them.I do know that we have our own celebrity or influencer crushes but no man, I would never ever try to be a clone of them. I love myself too much to be them.My clumsy side, my funny side, the way I talk and think, my style, my voice, my face, all these things make me and that’s who I am, I wouldn’t want to kill the real me to embody someone else’s persona or style.

4. Being overly nice: I think I was a people pleaser once, keeping their wants and needs ahead of mine.I always tried to bring a smile on their face knowing that it wasn’t best for me. Lots of times I’ve forsaken my convenience and tried to keep theirs. This time, I’m only meeting people halfway, I don’t hesitate in saying ‘no’ and maintaining my peace and dignity. I’ve taken time in clearing away people and situation in my life that no longer serves me. I’ve decided to not let my brain think about what if’s and could have’s, it’s just straight up now, you respect me I respect you, you belittle me and take me for granted I’m gone.

5.Believing everything I see on social media: I’m a woman and I see quotes and reels on social media where women and girls are saying things like a man has to have certain thousand dollars and sports car to marry them cause they’re high maintenance or where people are promoting infidelity and vulgarism through reels and posting thirst traps for likes and comments are saddening. Buying makeup just because someone on the reel said it’s great and hauling items and clothes because someone said the fabric is great and looks super cool on them, is utterly ridiculous. You need to know that they’re getting it for free for promotion and what looks good on them may not look good or suit you.Be mindful of people and pages you follow, what you see and hear and think is what you become.

I hope you’ll have a wonderful July ahead !

The eyes,Chico.They never lie.

Hey everyone! Happy June! Wishing everyone that your June goes well. May you get and achieve all your desires.

A famous movie from the 80’s Scarface brought this iconic dialogue to light,”The eyes, Chico. They never lie”. Well, eyes are the window to the soul. It’s the most important sense organ in the human body. Imagine a life without colours, it would be disheartening.

Also we can see someone’s true intentions through their eyes, even if they’re denying it.

Today I’ll be sharing few of my intentions for the month of June and eyes, the eyes play a pivotal role in it.

1.Being aware of my surroundings: Every now and then, I find myself in places where I don’t belong. After spending some time with the person or people I find myself getting drained. All I wish for is to go home and take some good rest and I start questioning myself as to why did I had to go and do certain things when all I did was regretted at the end. These days, I’ve become very particular about whom I give my energy to and whom to block it from.

2.Staying mysterious: I’ve started to segregate between what I share and keep with myself to people. Not everyone have the best interest in heart for you. While you complain and fret about your life to others, some take pride in criticising your problems and downfall. Also , some things are better kept in dark. Not everyone needs to know about your whereabouts and achievements.

3.Evil eye is real: In the world of social media where everybody is flexing about their lifestyle and achievements, it’s better to remain low-key.Not posting about your every purchase and achievement saves you from prying eyes. As I already mentioned that some people silently envy and pray for your downfall rather that appreciating it.

4.See people for who they are: This is the one thing which I’ve been practising for a while, everyone is selfish and so am I. It’s never your duty to try and change someone. Living in the delusion that our love, care, support can change them is a blatant lie. We can never change them unless they decide to be a better person.

5. Limiting screen time: Well, I’ve been following this since my eyes gave up on me. I used to scroll endlessly and ended up with very dry eyes for which I’ve been wearing Blue ray protection glasses while working on computer and using phone.Keep some time apart from your mobile and engage in other activities that boosts your creativity.Maybe read a book, have chit-chats with your friend.

Lastly, It’s already the 6th month now!Why does time seem to pass quicker now ? Is it me growing older or the earth is rotating faster?I don’t know!

I hope the rest of June favours me and all of you.

Me today 🩵🩵🩵

May all be good!

Hello everyone!

Happy Sunday! I’m back again with prayers and intentions for the month of May 2025.

We’ve already covered the past 4 months with determination and courage and looking forward towards the rest of the months for this year.

May is I must say a laid back month for me.All the hassles of the previous months have been completed whether in work or personal life. Though, a little tension arose with in my country India with the neighbouring country Pakistan, eventually it got settled. Our world can’t handle another war with innocent lives at stake. With so many events happening around the world with Met Gala 2025 and a new Pope in the Vatican City. 2025 is all headed towards a great start.

Amidst this I have been working towards myself adopting things and habit which are beneficial for me and eliminating things and habits which will take me nowhere.

Here are a list of things that I’ve been practising for this month:

1.Enjoying my own company: I’ve been labelled as a social butterfly by people I know, always saying ‘yes’ to events and night outs without thinking twice.I’ve scattered my energy in the process of meeting ‘new’ people and going to new and happening ‘places’.Now, when I sit back and realise there are moments when I think about things I shouldn’t have done or places I shouldn’t have been to.I’ve started to enjoy my own company indulging on hobbies like writing, journaling, reading, etc which I really do enjoy. I haven’t completely left my fun side but I’m now mindful of my time and days when I really feel like going out and having fun.

2. Cleaning my personal and work space:Now, I frequently take the opportunity to declutter my working space and clean my personal space whenever I have time. I don’t hesitate donating clothes which no longer fit me or throwing away away clothes and bags which are no good to use.I clean my makeup bags every now and then and discard blenders or tubes of cream which are too old to be used.

3. No longer indulging on impulsive buying: Earlier, I used to buy clothes and cosmetics even when I didn’t need them. I used to scroll on various online sites and place orders when certain products used to be on sale, thinking I needed them, but now, I only buy things when I really need them and not when I want them.I’ve started segregating between my needs and wants and this has helped me to save my money which I was mindlessly spending on things which I didn’t really need.

4. Started reading again: I’ve started reading at least 5-10 pages of self help books at night before going to bed. This has helped me to increase my knowledge on so many things and has helped me to be positive and eliminate any limiting beliefs. I’ve started practising meditation, my mind is now no longer cluttered with unwanted thoughts all day, I try to be aware of anything that brings me down and trying to restore peace and positivity in my life.

5. Being Grateful for everything: I guess this I’ve been preaching for a long time. No matter where I am or what I’m doing I take a moment to thank the Universe or any higher power for everything. I practice the technique of Hoponopono everyday before closing my eyes and it has immensely helped me to overcome adversities.

In conclusion, I’m trying to be a better person everyday and things that used to bother me a year ago, no longer hurts me now. I’ve come to a realisation that Everything in life has a purpose and everything happens for a reason and instead of saying why me?I’ve started saying try me !

Some me time

When you replace why me with what is it teaching me, everything changes.

3:33

Hello everyone! I’m back again with another blog post for the month of April 2025 and the time right now is 3:33 pm.

To be honest life after 2019 seems to be moving too fast for my mind to comprehend.

Everything is moving too fast and too quickly.2020 was almost 5 years away!

So many things have happened after 2020 not to mention the rise in economy.Everything seems too pricey and extravagant these days.A five hundred rupee note has become equivalent to a hundred rupee note.Where social media influencers and Tik Tokers are making good amount through their niche and regular people who are posting and sharing their contents are well you know at the same place where they used to be.( including me 😅)

Also, we are growing and learning at the same time.

Just yesterday evening I was reading the second instalment from the world wide best seller book from the author Rhonda Byrne’s “The Greatest secret”and I was deeply inspired by some of the Paragraphs from there and I would love to write about them.

Summary of my favourite lines from the book from Chapter 5:

  1. Your mind is not your brain: Of course, our minds don’t control us, we control our minds. It’s just a part of our body and we command it to use in however way we want. Therefore, it’s essential for us to think about good thoughts no matter if the situation is not in our favour. It has been mentioned in the book that thoughts are responsible for causing our feelings, and any type of negative thoughts contribute to us feeling low and not enough.
  2. Time is an illusion: Another paragraph which stuck to me is the fact that time is just an illusion and I have been saying that there’s no yesterday or tomorrow. There’s just today and the present. There’s no such thing as time , it was created by men to do certain chores throughout the day and rest at night. So, if we want our tomorrow to be fruitful, we should work on our present rather that visiting the glimpses of past.
  3. Observe your thought: We get emotional when our mind starts wandering and thinking about what if’s and could haves. We are hopeful thinking about the future and what it holds for us that is why we should learn to observe our thoughts and those thoughts which make you feel sad and despair should be replace with thoughts of gratitude and happiness. That is why as already mentioned in the book instead of getting lost in your thoughts we should start seeing them for what they are and take every thought into account and relieve and accept them for what they are rather than resisting them.

Therefore, inorder for us to live a meaningful life, we must learn to stop overthinking, what would X and Y think about me if I don’t do certain things on certain time, what would happen to me if I don’t achieve something in certain timeline. What would the society tell me if I do this and not that, all these things don’t matter in the journey of life.

When you’re somewhat 60 or 70 nobody cares about how you looked, how sad or broke you were, all that matters is how well you lived your life, how many great memories you created your way, what a hearty laugh you had when something funny happened,Hence, at the end overthinking kills your joy of staying in the present. Live your life to the fullest and stop worrying about tomorrow and enjoy your present.

You’re never going to be this young or healthy again, You’re never getting back your present moment again make awareness your go to habit and learn to bring yourself back to happiness and present when you find yourself drowning in your misery of negative thoughts.

You don’t have to eliminate your mind or go to war with your mind. Awareness is your way out of the turmoil of the mind”.

Suntique: I’m Gentle All in 1 essence for men

Hey everyone happy Sunday!

It’s getting a bit hotter these past few days and one can finally say that the chilly winter months are over. Now, it’s time to pack your winter clothes and finally stack up on cotton clothes for the summer.

As far as I love summer time, I equally have to gear up for my summer skin care routine as I have an oily skin and not to mention how hot summer season is in India.

Well there are plenty of skincare products in the market for women but I feel like there are handful of products for men to beat the summer heat and keep your zits and pores and also dark spots on check.

So, hello men today I am writing a review about a very hyped up Korean skincare cream for our fellow males.

This product is from Suntique a very renowned South Korean brand and trust me it’s all that you need for summer.

It has multiple benefits and just this all in one essence is gonna keep your summer oily and zit free.

The image of the product has been taken by me

Benefits:

1.It helps in controlling dullness and keeps dark spots under control.

2. It has Cica Complex which is good for anti aging and also niacinamide which helps in preventing wrinkles

3. It has moisturising and brightening ingredients which keeps your dryness under control.

4. It can also be used as an after shave cream and is very mild for the skin.

5. It is specially formulated for men with sensitive skin.

6.You can also use it as a sunscreen or a moisturiser and follow it up with your usual skincare cream as it doesn’t leave a white cast on the skin.

Use this cream after cleansing your face in the morning and apply adequately on your face and body and gently pat it dry.

This product is highly recommended if you don’t like inculcating several serums and creams in your skin care routine also since it has anti aging properties I feel like it is recommended for 25+ adult males.

This all in one essence for men comes with a humble price of INR- Rs 1,290/- for every 130 ml.

Keep calm and enjoy the sun ☀️

Pisces season

Hey everyone!

I’m back with another blog post today.

It’s already Pisces season here ♓️.3 months have already passed by with a blink of an eye.I’m flabbergasted as to see how quickly the months are passing by.

Here are some the intentions that I have been trying to follow this month.

1.Live for yourself: A little pampering can never hurt anyone. You deserve a break from your monotonous routine every now and then.Sometimes life can be overwhelming.A get together with your near and dear ones, a little bit of fun and spending quality times can give you a renewed sense of peace.

2. Not everything has to be rigid: Learn to flow with life. Embrace every moment .Live in the moment.Sometimes letting go and living a little is all that counts.Never say never.Gone days will never come back.

3. Splurge on yourself: Pamper yourself with things that you have longed for.Buy that perfume, wear that dress, go on trips, eat that food that you’re craving, go out and take pictures. Life is too short and you never know what’s gonna happen next so, do it now.

4. Embrace changes: Change is the only thing constant and it is quintessential. Make small changes in your life, take a different route to work, read a different genre of book, if you’re into pop switch to country songs,if you like tea switch to coffee, if you’re a night owl change into an early bird.I feel a little bit of change can change your perspective on various things

At last we all are human beings who are living our lives for the first time on this planet and we have different lives. What I’m going through, you might have never gone through and what you have been through, I might never be able to experience it.

So live a little and laugh a lot.

Last Sunday!

Hello everyone !

It’s the last Sunday of February! How quickly the time flies by!

To be honest 2025 has been a quiet year for me.Everything seems to have been serene and low key for me.May be it’s the realisation that I’m not 20 anymore or the nostalgic flashbacks from the previous years.

Time seems have escalated quickly since 2019. Parts of me long for the things that now seems like a long forgotten dream.

And everything seems like a hazy dream to me.Not every day is a good day for me yet I look for the good in everyday.

So basically, I have been hoping any praying that everything will fall in place, if not today then some other day.

Here are a list of things that I have realised and been sticking to since the beginning of this year.

  1. Not everyone has the best interest in heart for you : Yes, You heard it right, not every people you come across in your journey has the best feelings for you. People are complex and not getting too comfortable to them without knowing them deeply can save you from heartbreaks and negative emotion. I believe and time and again I have applying it in my life that not everyone deserves a piece of you.
  2. Money comes first : Earlier, I used to believe back in my naive days that money doesn’t bring you happiness but time and again I have realised that money is the source of all happiness. When you are financially stable and secured (especially for girls) , respect, power and admiration comes naturally to you. Learn to save and not waste your money in pleasing people who don’t even appreciate you.
  3. Stay away from Gossipers: Not everyone is the same, some people like indulging themselves in juicy gossips which I personally feel is a waste of time. Discussing people, their choices, their lifestyles, is a total disaster because we ourselves know that we are not perfect rather indulge yourself in cultivating a better version of yourself.
  4. If you’re not ready for a relationship don’t force one: I know that dating in 2025 is equivalent to fishing in the ocean where you get lots of fish of different varieties and colour but you have no idea which ones are poisonous. The perfect person will come to you at the right time, in the mean time practice self love.
  5. Read atleast 10 pages of book everyday: Reading is therapeutic. Whenever I feel overwhelmed I like to pick my books and relax. Not only does reading help you in garnering knowledge about different topics but you get to increase your vocabulary too.

I’m looking forward to a fruitful March with the same old me but yet a new me in the way that I perceive things and being optimistic in every negative situation.

It•S SKIN POWER 10 FORMULA VE EFFECTOR NUTRI KNIGHT 10 (new version)

Hey everyone! Happy Sunday!

I have been a religious user of face serum for years now and my favourite one is the Vitamin C serum which I always use after cleansing my face.

During winter this year my skin has become excessively dry and no matter how much Vitamin C serum I use and also dabbing a holy amount of moisturiser and serum, I always end up with white winter spots near my mouth area.

At first, I was confused as it was the first time that I got such dry spots and later I got concerned about it and as I was scrolling through the web I decided to search for a serum which would provide intense hydration in these cold months and that’s when I discovered this nourishing oil essence from it•s Skin.

I have been using this serum at night religiously and following it suit with my night cream and I can see visible results on my face.

This image of the product has been taken by me

Basically, this nourishing essential oil is full with the goodness of coconut and squalane which provides hydration to the skin and also has anti aging properties. It contains the goodness of Vitamin E which is just perfect for combating the dryness during winter months.

This video is taken by me

It has not been clogging my pores and I like the after glow which I get after using it.During the day I like to layer this after using my Vitamin C serum and I’m good to go after following it with moisturiser and sunscreen under my everyday makeup.

This serum has now been my favourite one to use in winter months. It comes with the price of INR- Rs 1,190/- for every 30 ml.

Hey Jan!

Hello everyone!

We have already stepped in the year 2025 and 13 days have already passed by since then.

Last year ended on a melancholic note since the Jeju airline crash and this year Los Angeles got burned down with the wildfires.

My deep condolences and prayers to everyone who lost their loved ones and home in the process.

I hope the rest of 2025 would be a good one.I really pray that each and everyone of us would be able to enjoy the coming days with peace and love and lots of gratitude.

Also, there are a handful of things that I’m intending to do on the rest of January.

1.Being Grateful: I always emphasise on the fact that a grateful heart is a source for endless miracle. Be grateful for what you have and look forward to beautiful things coming your way.Be grateful for the small things in your life.We are fortunate enough to experience all these basic things which lots of people don’t have access to.

2.Clean your spaces: keep your spaces clean.Donate clothes which you no longer feel like wearing. Throw away things that you no longer use.Keeping your spaces clean and tidy sets the mood for the day and regulates positivity in you.

3.Practice mindfulness: A healthy mind is the key to achieving and manifesting all that you desire. Reflect on the day and restart each day on a positive tone. Read books, take a walk, spend time with nature, water your plants and flowers, grow new crops, write on your journals, listen to spiritual chants.Don’t let intrusive thoughts discourage you for what you’re already capable of doing.

4. Detox from endless scrolling: Yes, we have posted and scrolled throughout this week, keeping updated with somebody’s Christmas and New Year celebrations and another’s Bride to be and Baby showers. Not to forget all those trends on reels and somebody promoting and criticising the other.I think I personally enjoy my alone time when I can dedicate some time to myself other than endless scrolling.I think taking some time away from social media promotes positivity in your life.

5. Going out less: when it comes to going out and having fun, I’m no less that anyone.I have now understood the value of being exclusive and not being too available and ready for anyone. The less you show up in crowds the more you feel respected.let people value and look forward to your presence rather than criticising you in your absence.

Me back in 2019!

Also I’m trying to really follow and practice what I preach. I’m looking forward to having betters days ahead.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
