Suntique: I’m Gentle All in 1 essence for men

Hey everyone happy Sunday!

It’s getting a bit hotter these past few days and one can finally say that the chilly winter months are over. Now, it’s time to pack your winter clothes and finally stack up on cotton clothes for the summer.

As far as I love summer time, I equally have to gear up for my summer skin care routine as I have an oily skin and not to mention how hot summer season is in India.

Well there are plenty of skincare products in the market for women but I feel like there are handful of products for men to beat the summer heat and keep your zits and pores and also dark spots on check.

So, hello men today I am writing a review about a very hyped up Korean skincare cream for our fellow males.

This product is from Suntique a very renowned South Korean brand and trust me it’s all that you need for summer.

It has multiple benefits and just this all in one essence is gonna keep your summer oily and zit free.

Benefits:

1.It helps in controlling dullness and keeps dark spots under control.

2. It has Cica Complex which is good for anti aging and also niacinamide which helps in preventing wrinkles

3. It has moisturising and brightening ingredients which keeps your dryness under control.

4. It can also be used as an after shave cream and is very mild for the skin.

5. It is specially formulated for men with sensitive skin.

6.You can also use it as a sunscreen or a moisturiser and follow it up with your usual skincare cream as it doesn’t leave a white cast on the skin.

Use this cream after cleansing your face in the morning and apply adequately on your face and body and gently pat it dry.

This product is highly recommended if you don’t like inculcating several serums and creams in your skin care routine also since it has anti aging properties I feel like it is recommended for 25+ adult males.

Suntique (I am aqua sun essence) SPF 50+PA++++ Review:

Hello everyone ! Happy New Year 2024!

I hope this year of Wood Dragon brings lot of happiness, prosperity and joy in your life! The starting of this January has been a new beginning of hope and light in my life. I am looking forward to many good things that are still coming my way and trying to leave behind the things that don’t serve my highest good. I hope that the remaining 360 days bring a lot of changes and growth in everybody’s life.

Today I’m going to write a review on a sunscreen that I’ve been using now.

Firstly, we all know the importance of using sunscreen to ward off any harmful UV rays that can cause premature aging , fine lines, skin rashes etc . I have always used sunscreens with SPF 50+ as I have an oily and acne prone skin.After I switched to Suntique sun essence I found it to be really light and consistent on my face. It gives a radiant and dewy finish and is very light weight. I really like the fact that it doesn’t leave a white cast on my face and blends smoothly with the primer and foundation I use afterwards. It is cruelty free and dermatologically tested and is safe for sensitive to dry skin.It has the goodness of centella asiatica and aloe Vera which is very hydrating as well as soothing to the skin.

I grabbed mine from an online Korean beauty store called Beautytalk India which provides a wide range of K beauty and skincare products on affordable prices in India. It comes with a price of INR -1290/- for every 50 ml and INR -310/- for every 12 ml tube.

TONYMOLY Wonder Tea Tree Pore Fresh Toner : Review

Hello everyone!! June is about to end and I still can’t process the fact that we have already made it through the past five months…I hope everyone is doing well if not then everything that’s weighing you down shall pass..

Today I am going to review a toner from TONYMOLY!!! Yes, your favourite Korean skincare brand.

Well,to start off with this green tea pore fresh toner by TONYMOLY is perfect for oily skinned beauties.

It works well on enlarged and clogged pores and makes your skin hydrated from the first use itself.Don’t worry it has very calming and soothing effect on your skin and I really like the mild grassy fragrance just like the fresh morning dews on leaves in the morning.

I have been a fan of skincare with Green tea extracts and this toner is just perfect.I have milia under my eyes and after vigorously using this toner I have seen it fading away and it’s working like magic on pimple marks too. Since, clogged pores can trigger white heads and black heads , believe me this toner is so good that it thoroughly cleans your face leaving no dirt on the skin hence, leaving a little to no chance of your pores getting clogged , so, no more black heads and white heads for you.

You can take a cotton pad or directly massage it on your skin after cleansing your face and follow it with moisturiser after.

I have found this toner to absorb quickly on the skin and visibly improves your skin texture. I also really like the fact that it lasts for about a year and is quite budget friendly as it comes for INR- 1250/- for 500 ml.

REVIEW: MISSHA M PERFECT COVER BB CREAM spf 42 PA +++

Hello Everyone! I am back after taking a hiatus from blogging for 3 years now..

A lot of things changed over the years but my love for beauty and skincare has grown more all these years!!

It’s summer again and let me tell you It’s one of my best seasons of the year…so, along with endless summer nights and fun.. I have ditched using foundation over this miraculous Korean Blemish Balm Cream by MISSHA!!

Now, MISSHA BEAUTY HERITAGE is a reputed Korean make up and Skincare brand started in the year 2000.It prioritises cruelty free and sustainable make up and beauty products all over the world.

I have always been a foundation person for my base everyday makeup but when my friend was all praises for this BB cream, I thought about giving it a go..

I preferably like to prepare my skin with toner and a vitamin C serum and some primer before applying this Bb cream and the finish is sooo perfect..It really gives you a second skin feel.. very natural and radiant!! There are numerous shades to choose from depending under your skin undertone. I have been using shade 23.

Review: Innisfree Green barley bubble cleanser

Hey everyone! I hope you all are well and glowing bright these days. Today, I’m going to share my experiences about this awesome foaming bubble cleanser by Innisfree ( your all time favourite Korean cosmetic brand).

Well, all my past blog posts have been for oily skinned beauties so, this time I thought about suggesting this good cleanser to those with dry skin conditions.

This cleanser comes with a pump which is hassle free and perfect. It takes out grime and dirt from your face and smells like barley. You can use this cleanser on a daily basis to get a clear and bright complexion.

I personally suggest this to dry skinned people because when I tried it on my skin during winters last time ( I have an acne prone skin) I felt my skin dry up a bit and also I could see tiny bumps on my skin because if oily skin becomes too dry it gives rise to bumps which is not good.

So, people with dry skin should use this product to keep your face intact with the correct moisture required to keep your face supple throughout the season.

Korean Face mask sheets for oily skin

Oily skinned beauties need to take special care of their skin during summer as it’s the season when our oil glands become too active in producing sebum that leads to break outs.

Face masks and scrubbers do check our oiliness at times and the concept of using mask sheets is not new. It is hassle free and gives impressive results too. Many brands do have brought these face masks into the market.

The sole reason behind me writing about Korean mask sheets in particular is because they contain the perfect ingredients to keep your skin hydrated and supple throughout the season.

Below down are the list of mask sheets that I recommend to all the oily skinned beauties to include it in your skincare routine this summer.

1. The Face Shop Real Nature Mask sheets

When it comes to mask sheets ‘The Face Shop‘ outlasts all. It comes up with all the possible organic ingredients to keep your skin beautiful ranging from kelp to potatoes and lot more. Choose your favorite one according to what your face requires whether you want to brighten, hydrate, firm, moisturize, purify it and so on.

2. Etude House Charcoal Chin Pack

We tend to forget our chin area which is quite often the oiliest of the ‘T’ zone. This comes off quite handy when we want a smooth chin as it contains charcoal which is very good for blackheads.

Review : dear, Klairs (Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop) #skincare

Well, I was searching for a vitamin C drop to include in my skincare routine when I stumbled upon this fabulous Korean skincare product by Klairs which not only has the power of Vitamin C on it but it also contains Centella Asiatica, Yuzu and also Grapefruit extracts that made me swoon ( hehe) and grab it without a second thought.

As I have an oily and acne prone skin that needs super attention all the time and I have to be very selective about choosing the right products for my skin that doesn’t promise me breakouts as I’ve had a fair share of those pesky bumpy whiteheads and zits on my skin every now and then.

Now, after all the products that I use that contains salycilic acid, glycolic acid, benzoyl peroxide, tea tree, green tea, neem, aloe vera, water based products and the list goes on. I wanted that one product that would help my skin to repair and control oil at the same time and this Vitamin Drop C does the work for me.

Out of all the ingredients used here, I’m really impressed with ‘Centella Asiatica’ because it helps in regenerating collagen that helps in keeping my skin tight since, acne prone skin becomes thin with time due to losing so much of it’s tissue over time by using products that claim to control it.

I use this drop in the morning after my regular CTM ( cleansing, toning and moisturizing) routine right before applying my makeup for the day. If you have a sensitive skin then, you can use it with your regular cream. It gives a subtle glow to my skin and blends really well with the bb cream I use on my face.

I’ve seen my skin getting back it’s radiance and the pimple marks fading away while it controls my whiteheads and oiliness too.

All this great results comes with a humble price of INR – 1570/- only. Many Indian online cosmetic stores like Nykaa and Purple has brought this product to our market. This is also available exclusively on many Korean Cosmetics store too. I grabbed mine from Belle Vous which is a dedicated Korean makeup and Skincare store at Gangtok.

  • Your skin too needs to prepare for the changing season. You can no longer use the same moisturizers, lotions that you were using in winter.
  • So, today I have some useful Korean Products for you with which your skin can stay hydrated and supple now and later.
  • We know and we do obsess about everything Korean these days from Korean Dramas to K-Pop and the handsome Oppas to the beautiful Oennis..🤩 the Korean trends, and not to forget about their skin .😍
  • Koreans are known to have the best secrets for skincare from ages and it is no wonder that our Indian markets have flooded with K-Beauty products these days. So, I have selected a few basic skincare products(that I do use it myself and has proved to be a boon for my oily skin) that is a must try for everyone who deals with some skin issues every now and then. 😕
      • HERB DAY 365 CLEANSING FOAM : As the name suggests, this face wash comes with a variety of organic herbs that are absolutely beneficial for your skin. You can select your choice from aloe vera, acerola, lemon, mungbeans, spearmint, and so on. Unlike other face washes this one keeps the moisture intact on your skin and you’ll see visible difference after few uses (I’ve already finished two tubes and now on my third one).

    2. INNISFREE GREEN BARLEY BUBBLE CLEANSER: This cleanser is even mild and gentle on the skin.It comes with a pump which easily makes bubble so there’s no need to worry. It is especially suitable for oily skin when your skin becomes sticky and shiny. It removes all the dirts and impurities from your face making it supple and oil free(I use this on a weekly basis).

    7. THE FACE SHOP RICE MASK SHEET: Include this if you have acne prone skin because rice has been a boon for oily skins for years.There are lots of other variants you can choose from like lemon, honey, green tea, apricots and so on depending upon your need( I’ve been using this rice mask sheet for now). Apply it on a daily basis or as a weekly skincare routine.

    8. INNISFREE GREEN TEA SEED EYE CREAM: We sometimes tend to overlook our eyes but the thing is eye area is more sensitive than our face. Especially, when we step into our 23s ( for girls like me🤪😜) we feel a need to give special attention to our eyes due to the regular exposure to smartphones and laptops. Green tea is perfect for reducing puffiness and wrinkles from under eyes( if you have one or to prevent it if you don’t have any). Use it to massage on your eyes and the result will leave you impressed.

    There are other beneficial products too but these are more affordable and show good results too. Its equally important to drink lots of water and adopt a healthy lifestyle and always put a smile on your face because no makeup can matchup to your beautiful smile..😊🤗
