There’s a myth related to Bio Oil that it can only be used during pregnancy to reduce the possibility of stretch marks but what I’ve found out is that Bio Oil has many benefits to it other than just being a stretch marks and a scar reducing oil.

Below here are the different ways to use Bio Oil to get a flawless face and body.

It works on old stretch marks too (as far as I know people said that it works only for the fresh stretch marks).

I have some stretch marks on my calves due to the sudden weight I gained in between my teens. As, I’ve been applying bio oil on those very old stretch marks, I’ve seen a visible difference before and after using it.My stretch marks have become lighter and my legs look much better now.

2. It can be used us a cleansing oil too (it’s non-comedogenic).

Apply this oil on your face before using a cleanser and let it absorb on your face for a while. Take a cotton ball and swipe it off. Now, you can use your regular cleanser to wash it off.You will see your skin tone improving with regular use.(I use this once a week as a cleansing oil)

3. Use bio oil as a face massaging oil.

As I do some face yoga in the evening. Sometimes, when I run out of my massaging gel. I use bio oil to massage my face and my work is done.

4. This can reduce your wrinkles and fine lines.

For all the people out there who wants to reduce the signs of aging, apply bio oil to your face and massage it. You can either leave it on for the night and wash it off the other day or choose to rinse it off and apply your night creams right away. You will see your fine lines and wrinkles in control after regular usage.

5. Apply it on your old and new scars.

As already said, it works very well with scars whether be it a recent one or the ones from your past.Regular use of bio oil will help the marks to lighten (I recently fell down from the stairs and got scratches on my arms. I decided to apply some bio oil on those and yes, my marks are fading away).
